Eviction Prevention Rent Assistance
PiPE's Eviction Prevention Program's waitlist is currently closed.
PiPE is working, in collaboration with Community Youth Services and Family Support Center, to provide Eviction Prevention Rent Assistance to people in Thurston County. We are excited to announce that this is a Case Management program that seeks to support people facing eviction and housing instability.

If you are single adult facing eviction, please email us your phone number and contact information to epra@pipeolympia.org. We will add your information to our call-back list for an intake.
If you are ages 18-24, please reach out to Community Youth Services
If you are a parent with children, please reach out to Family Support Center

NOTE: we will NEVER ask you for money - not for application fees nor any other part of the eviction prevention process. If you receive a request for application fees, please inform us!
